S:D Simple Lip Typer Version 1

This is a simple lip typer for most bento heads. It may not work with any heads that include their own lip typer, like Catwa.
It animates the lips whenever the user is typing in local chat.
Special thanks to fionalein for allowing me to use their animation for the benefit of those that can't find one.
