The land impact of this product is deceptive -- it's around 161 (with the updated prim allowance this year) not 2.

Land Impact is not 2 it is 172, would have been a nice addition to my sim had it been what it said

it is 172 land impact, yes it is literally 2 "pieces" that make up 172 prim count. great price, thanks for making it, but way to high prim count :(
