Nach den anfänglichen problemen und der zeit wurde mir geholfen und kann nur sagen mann muss sich erst melden dann wird einem auch geholfen aber im nach hinein alles supper daumen hoch

Had problem...was fixed in minutes
When I originally rezzed the item, I got a database error. I contacted the sellers and in minutes they had fixed the problem. I now have stream information I need.
They also offered me an additional 3 months free for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service!
