Not what you think
I would give this product 0 stars - 1 star only because it doesn't allow a 0.
I was expecting to receive information to load into SAM....only got a webpage to log into that doesn't tell you anything...no information to enter into your encoder.

Unable to get to customer service on the site either... don't waste your L$ and hard earned $$
