SHX - Dichotomous Question Survey Board - DQS-200 Version 1.1

The DQS (Dichotomous Question Survey) is a fun way to ascertain the opinions of people that visit your shop, club or premises. To be used over a timed period and/or until a maximum of votes have been reached.
If you need a better understanding of the characteristics of people who visit your place, or of some other business-related question, making use of a focused and effective questionnaire will help you to efficiently and accurately pinpoint the information that will help you make more informed decisions.

Of course you can use this also in a fun way, for instance when you are DJ-ing in a club to get an opinion about the music that you are playing and perhaps to let the people influence the style of music that you are going to play next.
