customer service sucks
I bought this product back on december 27th 2013 it has issues i contacted both people about my issue no response from them //my club opened and still no response. AND ITIS NOW FEB 2 2014 AND STILL NO RESPONSE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE NONE
Used to be the best now due to customer service I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
I've been a loyal purchaser of SHX products for years...I have almost everything they make for clubs. Recently since November the SHX brand boards seem to have issues with fading the stream in and out on both songs and voice overs. Everything this works fine on other boards and placing the stream directly in the land and it does it with more than one stream provider so I had done my due diligence and narrowed it down to something the was being caused by SHX.
I submitted a support request on the website providing all the asked for information...waited two weeks and heard nothing. I then sent a NC to the Saii Hallard and waited another week. After hearing nothing from him I sent a NC to all of the members of his group listed as support. It's been yet another week and I've still heard nothing.
I used to love the product...in fact none compare to the features these boards have but the maker and his staff have become complacent and will as such recieve no more of my hard earned money.
Customer service response suck
I have tried through the web site which seems to crash only on the product developers page to get a product replacement for something sl ate on me and no one seems to care or get back even through IM's and note cards to the developer no a response in 5 days seem the the lindens they earn are more important than the customer service
Dont know what happened
alright i dont know what happened i loved the board and it worked for me for the most part but when i had to pick it up and i clicked take it disappeared entirely and i searched my inventory and it could not be found so that is my only reason for 3 stars because thats just 1500L$ wasted now
