absoutely atrocious support. HIRE MORE STAFF!!!!
the board itself i "imagine" works fine. If i could actually get it to work......doesnt seem to work with sam broadcaster cloud streams. anyways i sent a message to the board and a day later still no one showed up online. they only have three staff and NONE of them are pretty much EVER online after like a day i finally get one staff to message me only to not actually BOTHER to read the full notecard i sent and mistook me asking about the sam broadcaster software when i am speaking of the CLOUD based web interrface.......then she was rude to me and BLOCKED ME!
i sent 3 other notecards to the three other tech people on staff AND to the owner. and so far NO ONE ELSE has responded in now about THREE DAYS now.
absoutely HORRIBLE support.......and for one of the largest shoutcast board makers in second life youd think they could a) learn to read and b) HIRE MORE STAFF OF SUPPORT PEOPLE WHO ARE ACTUALLY ONLINE HALF OF THE TIME!!!!!!!!

COMPLETE waste of money. but im mostly complaining about the HORRIBLE customer support.
id give it ZERO stars if i could.
oh and by the way i have a disability and i come to second life to escape and to explore things i cant in real life........and it is worse when i have such a horrible experence like this!
and what i dont understand is if you already know about sam broadcaster software why in the world coudnt you make it so that the boards could also work with sam broadcaster CLOUD streams?
also the setup is rather confusing as well........

I bought the SHX - SHOUTcast board & ICEcast Receiver SRC-F200 Version 4.2 for my Club .. Set up is very helpful explaining everything simple and detailed . BEST BOARD EVER
I have owned several clubs since 2013 and needed a new Shoutcast / Icecast receiver for my new club and i can say that is the BEST EVER board i used. Very easy to set up, you can add easily tons of DJs using notecards. The webtool will even make the DJ's notecards for you! Just copy and paste the text from the website to your notecards. It also contains a list of web radios, then you can use them in your club or even add your own radio. You can change the design to fit with your needs.
My advice : GET IT, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.
