This kit is provided with copy and mod permissions to allow as much flexibility as needed
each provided section weighs in at no more than 1 LI each. with some items at 0.5 when linked

Item is fully linkable, however, if you do apply scripts this may cause undesired effects.
As this kit is entirely mesh , please note that resizing may increase it's land impact. Always remember to keep "stretch textures" ticked when resizing.

The design of these is to cover roughly a 5 metre high building front. so stretching may be required to achieve your desired height.

- WOOD SECTIONS = Always remember to untick "stretch textures" ticked when resizing.
remember to utilize the stretchable textures feature in order to cover more space and save on land impact.

---------TEXTURES---------------------------------------------
both wood components have 2 material each to cover each side. as these are seamless they will tile as you stretch them to suit your needs.
whilst unticking "stretch textures" will help the tile able element. some manual tweaking may be required

you can add your own textures with minimal effort if you wish to achieve a varied look.

ALWAYS LINK COMPONENTS ONCE STRUCTURE HAS BEEN CREATED
This will help reduce land impact massively. so remember to always link once you are done
