Total time stands = 8 minutes and 30 seconds. You will not see the same stand before 8 minutes and 30 seconds.
3 Aos included for 3 different sizes "Small" "Medium" "Big". So you can choose which aos correspond best in your size and you will be at ground level. (Choose your size with the Load button).
