[SKIN_SYN] Picto Gradient Texture Layers

these are meant to be partially transparent texture overlays that you slap on the avatar's shell layer- similar to a BOM marking, but a little bit more old-school. THESE REQUIRE SOME MODDING EXPERIENCE! instructions for how to get your picto looking like the pictures here are included- though be aware, the ones with accessories do /not/ have those additional textures and mesh items included!
