Really good skybox for L$1 only.
Even if it's almost free, the mesh build is really good, and texturing is very nicely done.
Plus some nice details, a low prim impact, and a very sensible use of space : it's a multi-room skybox, but designed in such a way that each room is large enough for moving and camming.
You'll have to add doors if you want some, but considering the price and land impact, that'll be a very affordable luxury.
IMHO, this is a perfect skybox for someone starting SL, or for bloggers looking for different backgrounds for taking pictures (considering the price of some backdrops, this skybox is an incredible bargain : just drop some furniture in it, and you've got yourself a new decor)

I don't really get the "luxury condo" feel from this skybox. The main living area downstairs is pretty dark and thus will need some inner lighting. The other rooms downstairs are lit fairly well, but there are no inner doors. All of the drapes in all of the rooms share the same 'face' so retexturing cannot be done room-by-room. Additionally, if the drapes are removed their shadows remain, so replacements will need to match the originals in size & shape. The windows provide for a real outside view, so depending on where you put this skybox, you might need to provide your own fake view. IMO, the upstairs loft is the best part of this skybox -- very good sized area with good lighting and textures.
