Reminds me of a tinyhouse called The Cube. Square outer shell with lots of built in nooks, shelving, and storage space. The three levels give it a open feel. I can still make a family home out of this. And anyone that has lived with others in a tiny home knows...you need a getaway space. You did all that for ONLY 20 PRIMS?? Thank you again!

This was a pleasant surprise for the price; a good use of vertical space and a low LI means it works really well for small prim counts and parcels. My suggestions to make it better would be a replacement for the concrete wall to make it look less unfinished (though it is moddable) and the option to remove the giant hanging lights, but considering how cheap this was it's a small complaint and I'm living pretty happily in mine!
Nice Skybox, excellent value for money
Good-looking modern skybox : nice mesh build, nice texturing, nice details, and a 3-floors design that allows to move and cam freely. Oh, and really low-prim, too !
Now, it's not a stunning design, nor the most refined detailed possible home, but... it's basically a gift ! You can get it for L$ 1 only, which is an impressively low price for such good work.

Modern looks, very light airy feel, great pric
This definitely has a modern open & airy feel to it, though the stairs look & feel over-sized compared to the rooms (and the size of avatars these days). There is a tiny room off the main floor that feels like it could be a small bathroom, but there is no door. The second floor would make a wonderful loft office or rec room, and the top floor would make a good sized bedroom. The sides of both sets of stairs to the upper floors have some nice built in storage. The is a cute little nook in one corner, but the step ladder to the final platform does not have any animations in it, so you can't actually climb up there without adding animations. Also, the windows will show you the true outdoors, which can sometimes be pretty ugly in SL. I'd have liked an option for a fake scene, but I can add it.
