A nice build but I have some concerns with the marketing (that affects earlier reviews).
When I bought this in July 2021, the creator wrote that he/she was selling it for L$1 (with no permissions) because they just liked to build and only wanted a review in return. They then received some very good reviews on their work. The price and the permissions have fluctuated since then (at the time of typing the permissions are better but the price is higher). I find this marketing technique concerning. However, it is a lovely build. You just need to keep in mind that earliest reviews were for a L$1 building and make the decision for yourself if you want to pay the listed price.

Love this! Its roomy, moving clouds, working doors, lovely textures, spacious feel, and under 20 prims!!!!!! Thank you, am recommending your builds to friends with animesh children. We need all the prims we can get to rezz our children, the decor, and the home.
