This item is not scripted!!! Saw no reason to bog down sims or add to crazy complexity values by having all the piercings on at once.

I've split these into each piece and the ones that are mirrored have secondary materials so you can truly customize these in any way imaginable!
Basic modding:

Unlink "Ctrl+Shift+L"
Textures are legacy/blinn-phong for now but I might update them to pbr in the future when more sims have proper probes setup.
