I just lucked out
There is no adjusting of the position of this object on your avi.
I rolled the dice hoping it would fit my JOMO and was at first disappointed when the "Lara" version clipped hard through my stomach. Got super lucky though and the Belleza fits just right.
It's great, just make sure you have the right avi. You can't adjust it at all.
