Fiding the ideal hoverbike or speeder in SL is not so easy as it seems to be. Most options are overpriced, too basic or not modable, or even a mix or those aspects. In the orher hand the Sparrow has a very nice look, looking like something comfortable for long trips. And can carry a passenger on a retractable seat, unlike most speeders. Being mod makes is a great choice, and I could make it a perfect scouting speeder bike for my Star Wars RP avatar, adding a cargo bag and even a rolled sleeping bag under the seat, as well as retexturing it. Speaking of textures, it would be great if it was included in the package for further customization using Photoshop or Gimp.
The vehicle handles nicely and smooth, it's very reliable on sim crossings and has nice hovering sounds and effects. And the provided animations are too cool, I LOVE the idle options, so I can stand resting close to the bike without having to stand up from it(and avoiding parcel return). This is something I belive is unique on this class of vehicle.
There's room for improvements though: the sound it makes when starting reminds a conventional motorcycle and the stop sound is very odd, like shutting off a helicopter. Would be great to have particle effects for terrain or water while hovering over those as well. But these are minor issues and mostly my humble suggestions to the builder, that in all don't detract from the overall coolness of this vehicle.
So, in all it's a GREAT option for an excellent price, take it, trully recommended!
