A cottage built with practitioner's in mind! First floor is for guests and readings (furnished with chairs, fireplace, divination table, potion distillery, art, rug, shelves, mage's staff and a guardian neko witch decoration! Second floor is your workshop with a mage's desk, potion table and cauldron. Finally, in the upstairs loft: bed, table, lamp and decorations for a cat nap or good day's sleep!

Fully rezzed this build is 142 land impact, 69 of which are in the building alone. All the accouterments are unlinked, and can easily be removed.
