Thank you for considering a purchase of the Sam Sparks Sports Designs Yoga and Exercise Mat.

This package comes with two versions of the mat.
- One with the letters "RN" in the name is compatible with the Really Needy HUD (see below).
- One that does not include the Really Needy HUD integration.

Here at Sam Sparks Sports Designs, we seek to provide you with an elevated version of the Yoga, Tai Chi and Calisthenic pad that is unique and addresses both your athletic side but also provides an all encompassing holistic experience that impacts your avi's physical movement and auditory experience.

☀USING THE Yoga and Exercise Mat

To use the Yoga and Exercise Mat, it is as simple as sitting on the pad and making sure your ao is shut off so there isn't any interference from it.
When you sit down, you will automatically placed in a lounging position and a menu will appear on the top right corner of your viewer.
In the menu, you will find four choices, Warmup, Yoga, Tai Chi, Calisthenic and Rest & Relax,
Clicking an any of these will put you into new menus which detail the specific animations or sequences of animations that are available.

1) Warmup: 5 stretching animations

2) Yoga: 36 individual animations and 10 sequences which include 2 meditation sequences and various sequences for particular purposes such as
relaxation, flexibility and, back flexibility. Please refer to the other notecard for the translations of the pose names from Sanskrit into English.

There are additional poses that sequence multiple yoga postures into a single animation from Zambooki and you will find these denoted by zYoga#

3) Tai chi: 2 sequenced animations and a Shaolin stand animation.

4) Calisthenics: 11 animations which include three types of crunches, situp animation, hipup animation, a squat, squat thrusts and
lunges animations and two Jumping jack animations..

5) Rest and Relaxation: 11 animations and 1 sequence which cycles through them all.

☀ TEXTURE and COLOR changes

Texture and color changes are made from the main menu. To change the texture, click on the texture button and select one of the 12 included textures available.
Most of these are Mandala whose origins reach back for centuries and served as sacred symbols.
The word mandala, which comes from ancient Sanskrit, means "sacred circle" that represents the universe and is considered a useful tool for meditation.
In Tibetan Buddhism, monks create these sacred symbols from sand and when completed, these delicate works of art were swept away as a reminder of the impermanence of life.

To change the color of the Yoga and Exercise mat. simply click the Color button and then select one of the available colors
NAVY, BLUE, AQUA, TEAL, OLIVE, GREEN, LIME, YELLOW, ORANGE, RED, MAROON, FUCHSIA, PURPLE, WHITE, SILVER, and GRAY.

☀ MUSIC incorporation

This Sam Sparks Sports Designs Yoga and Exercise Mat has been equipped with some music to accompany your workout endeavors and keep you mentally focused.
To access the music, click the "Rez Tablet" button and the "Rez Towel" (unless you don't mind a tablet balancing in midair), click on the tablet leaning on the towel.
Loaded into the tablet are 10 songs to encourage relaxation and focus. The tablet's settings permit you to add any additional music you wish.

☀ REALLY NEEDY HUD integration

Earn Fitness Points with the Really Needy HUD when you use the mat for Yoga. You must be at least Level 5 Fitness and wear the Really Needy HUD (sold separately).
The Really Needy HUD is a roleplay tool that allows your avatar to simulate basic needs such as Hunger, Thirst, Energy, Health and so on.
