It's OK
The hair looks great, if you're standing 5m from the person who's using it, once you go just a couple metres from the avi it vanishes due to really low LOD configuration, so once you go about 5m away the avatar goes bald. Something of this nature should have no LOD, it should be visible at all times since it is so small it shouldn't need LOD at all.
