Flutter Eyeliner.
For Dinkie Cats (1.9) only, wont work on any other avatar.
BOM layers only.
4 Styles.
Eyeliners are all white and tintable to any colour you prefer.
They will be black when you first wear them because i pre-tinted them for ease of use.
