Well, I was duped, too. :c This is just three box prims (indeed full perms…) textured with the shown images. This is not, as the packaging image might suggest, a mesh object.
Surely this merchant doesn’t say otherwise, but the way it’s presented is very misleading — even if unintendedly.

Completely worthless!
Completely worthless! As soon as I applied my texture the banner turns into a flat featureless prim! I could have rezzed a plywood box and done the same.
