DETAILS:

The Baldwin Shop is a beautiful small-to-midsize shop space, crafted in a traditional style with plenty of windows and open space.

The shop is 24.25m wide, 10.6 m deep, and 6.75m tall. It is ideal for spaces with narrower areas that still need a good sized shop. (To test, please download the footprint box, which is available as "demo" in the MP.)

The structure has a concrete and brick exterior, with bay windows on either side of a central door. Inside are hardwood floors and floor moulding, stucco walls, and beaded board ceilings. The awning in front is enameled metal in a wood frame.

Two variations are included, with different colors for the awning. Two matching signs are also included (each in both a large and small size) which are ready to be customized with your store's branding textures.
