For the Classic avatars I have included an underwear layer.

The pictures shows the "Sandy" Grease Costume on SOcacin Voluptuous (left) and Slink Hourglass (right).

Because there are so many different shapes and sizes of avatars you may have to use the alpha controls on the HUD provided by the mesh creator of your body.
