About the Sarasota:

~ This is a realistic scale, untinted exterior home which can be easily stretched and tinted (exterior only). The Dinner Party mesh kitchen will fit.

~ 27 deep x 30 wide for house only -- entire landscaping fits on a 4096 sq m parcel

~ 2 bedrooms, 1 "flex room" that can be another bedroom, room for a kitchen, conservatory/breakfast room/, dining room, living room.
~ Two terraces off each bedroom.
~ Menu driven Privacy curtains viewable from outside only, operated by wall switches
~There are two optional, unlinked divider walls that can be used to create your own customized space ( they rez with the house but are unlinked). .
~Windowseat animation prims are found in the box. (To highlight the invisible prims use ctrl+alt+T. Place on top of windowseat and position.)
~Optional doors are included in the box can be used to convert downstairs room into a bedroom
~Includes: Light fixtures, fans, curtains, plants, fireplace, and more
~ White untinted version rezzes but exterior may be tinted any color!

PLEASE NOTE: This house is all mesh, which means that every set of walls has its own baked shaded texture, usually large in size. There is also detailed mesh.
*********REZZING *******

1. Rez house outer box on the ground and copy contents to inventory.
2. Place Rez Box on the ground near the center of the parcel but closer towards the front..
3. L Click the box and choose Rez from the menu. It may take a couple of minutes for everything to rez.
4. Move the rez box around and the house and landscaping will follow.
5. When done click Finish to kill the TRACKING floating text.

Rez and open the Accessories box and copy contents to inventory. Place whatever accessories you like according to your prim allowance.
