New concept of RLV relay.

Only 2 scripts in normal operation.
New relay core scripts are created on demand to manage multiple sources.
Each relay core is a slightly modified version of the "Damn Fast Relay" you might already know of ([http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/LSL_Protocol/Restrained_Love_Open_Relay_Group/Satomi's_Damn_Fast_Relay]).
Also keep in mind this is still a concept being developped. The actual HUD does not look very good yet, and bugs are to be expected.
How to use it: just wear it. Click on the blue prim in the middle to toggle it on/off (already active relay cores can't be switched off, but the off switch will prevent new sources from grabbing your relay).
Active/locked cores will be highlighted in bright orange. Click on it to display info on that core. Keep the mouse button pressed for 3 seconds to safeword that core.

Impressive minimalist design going on here, I like it. Only 2 buttons and easy to use.
