I bought these sandles cause they look awesome. But when I tried them on , the sole and the heel were grey. When I told the owner about it, she got back to me very quick , gave me a new pair of shoes that were fixed and also give me a complimentary pair of shoes! Great customer service! These look much better than I expected. It's hard to tell how it looks on you without some kind of image of someone wearing them. Tried the demo, loved them. Definitely worth the price. The texture quality is top notch. You can even see it in the photo that there is stitching for the leather. You know that's dedication to quality.
