Houses are in two sizes one for realistic avatars with optimized cameras and the other a larger version (just scaled up).

Best on 4096 Plot
40 x 21M (larger version) but you can fit the smaller one comfortably on 2046 plot.

Cute house
It is cute and very roomy, I took off a star because once rezzed the outside texture is off on the side door where it goes outside.
