The reason this isn'; shown on an actual head is because the alignments are reaaky bad and it looks terrible: eyes are not in the middle od the eyesockets (they are at the bottom). The mouth is kind of ok but could certainly be better. The nose is horrible ...of course it is, trying to apply a tattoo of a glozzy round sphere to a face is a losing proposition, I should have known.

With a little more work though this could be awesome. Lose the nose and include a mesh one, or even a prim would work, and work on the alignment. Right now it's unusable.
