Dermal piercings that "float" anywhere you choose. They have flat backs that get inserted under the skin (which can be hidden if they get in the way, since they aren't meant to be seen!) that they "screw" into. They are unrigged and modify, and can be attached and worn anywhere- a selection of facial positions are included as a modern version of the mouches, decorative fake beauty mark patches popular in the 18th century.
Texture change, with quite a few metal (both more traditional silver/gold/copper/blacks and assorted more unusual colours) options and an equally generous assortment of gemstone options.
