100% All wood, no flat textures used. This old shanty shack somehow is left standing, weathered and beaten from the elements.

Purchase includes 2 versions:
1. Empty shack with no items. (33 LI)
2. Shack w/ additional items. (34 LI)

Additional items: An old laundry tub, laundry scrubbing board hanging on the wall, empty shelving, door sitting against the interior wall and leaves on the ground. All extra items together are 1 Land impact and cannot be separated. Item is modify, so you may resize if you need, or make parts transparent if you wish. (extra items).

Lighting is baked. Be aware this is 100% original baking / texturing. Re-texturing is not advised nor guaranteed. Schultz Bros. does not include any shadow maps, as everything is custom and made to order to the piece itself.
