Pack contains 12 metal grills plus the 12 accompanying sculpt maps.
All metal grills have been designed to be highly LOD resistant, so they will keep their shape when viewed from a distance.
All metal grills have the correct bounding box so can be resized to 10x10x10 and you won't have any collision problems, so they don't need to be phantom.
Metal grill sculpt pack 1,2 and 3 differ as follows
Pack 1 - Smooth sides, ragged top
Pack 2 - Ragged sides, ragged top
Pack 3 - Smooth sides, smooth top
Ragged simply means that vertical or horizontal bars protrude from the grill. (see photos for further clarification)
