Thank you for your interest in our FMN Scripted Seagulls. We believe they are a "must have" addition to any piece of land!
These birds have been carefully created with the use of textured sculpty prims made for this sole purpose. A custom script has also been written to add as much realism as we could possibly create. At just 9 prims for each bird, they are perfect for the smallest of areas.
The seagulls come complete with a copiable transparent prim used as its "home". These prims are intended to be placed in a number of areas where you will want the bird to land. The seagull will land and stand in the centre of this prim with wings folded until disturbed by an avi walking close to him, or by the home prim being "touched"at which point he will open his wings and soar into the air, flying at a height, radius and speed you can adjust. The bird may also decide on his own to take to the skies!
The "hometime" can also be adjusted (default 60 seconds) which is the time that the bird spends flying.
After approximately the time period set as the "hometime", the seagull will choose one of the positions to come to rest (once again in the perched position).
The speed, maximum height, minimum height, maximum radius and hometime settings are adjustable by simple commands in main chat by the owner which need to be "shouted" while the bird is in flight, and at any time the bird can be called home, happily coming to rest standing on the home prim.
Finally, supplied in the set are three small single prim seashells which have a touch on/off natural seagull sound. These shells ideally can be placed if desired close to the points where the birds will land. We decided to supply the sound in this form due to the fact that the sound emmitting from the bird could not be heard at the height he flies.
