this is not the snurbo matic that i meant to buy even though it uses the creators name( of the snurbo matic) ..i feel like i was duped..if you do buy the snurbo matic..dont count on any type of customer service. at all.The customer service on this product seems to be good..even though its not what i wanted.I have changed my rating on this product because the customer service of theblackbox is impeccable. Im sure that this product is quite good..even though its not what i want or need. THIS IS NOT THE SNURBO MATIC.
I bought this on a lark, not expecting too much. I must say, although it's in an early stage (so the documentation, has not had the benifit of time to be really great (unlike the unit itself which IS great), I am very happy I bought this. It is much more useable and versatile than the docs infer. SL needs an in world sculpty builder and this unit seems the way to go. 5 stars? certainly : )
