**How to use this product**
Copy all content form the box you purchased
if you're not on your own land, go to place where you can rez objects and where you can run scripts
create a box
drag one of the scripts onto that box
what you will get is sculpted object that textured and ready to build.
Cant be simpler than that :)

great sculpty and great price what more could you say.
Make sure to read the discription carefully - otherwise, great looking.
It's a good looking product. Well made. Out of the box, however, you can't climb it, you'll have to create invisiprims within the structure for collision and make the ladder/balcony itself phantom.
All in all, if you also make invisiprim for the balcony railing, it'll be 5 prims (3 invisible and 2 sculpted), which still isn't bad.
Easiest solution for the balcony support invisiprim would make a hallowed out box, and path cut on B at 0.375, and E at 0.875.
