To be able sell your creations legal way, Permissions must be limited to:

Cute Stairs for little Prims
Those Stairs are very cute and wellcrafted.
I already applied them to different buildings and with different textures.
Using prims from the building you will get very well fitting stairs.
Creating own stairs is not for SL Beginners. But you can copy the stairs from the model when you unlink them (Perhaps too difficult for real Beginners too).
Reading and Understanding the instructions is a Must.
Im very thankfull for this versatile set.

Lives Up to All Claims
I bought this largely because the front left-hand steps image was exactly what I needed for my current build. End results: I love the product. I love that there is no need for an invisiprim, that frees me up to use other things, and allows me to attach the complete stair system to the house as one piece. Completely worth the purchase price and highly recommended <3

Awesome
I've been working with the same set of stairs for about 2 years now and it was time to get some more. This is is priced right, has tons of styles and the variety in step count makes it easy to make them as long or as short as I need them to be. They ones I have played with so far all take standard tileable textures pretty well and well - for the money, these things rock.
wish there were railings to compliment
Great set of stairs, they worked awesomely...the only down side is I wish there were matching railings to continue the theme from the staircases
