I made this for myself, to make a private little place on my land and quite liked it, so I thought I'd share.
The size at boxing was about 40m x 40m, so if you are on a small piece of land you may need to go to a sandbox to resize. :)

Amazing !
A really must have ! Texture is perfect, and all is mod, in 4 parts, so it's very great to fit as you want.
