Write "$Pet's name" on the chatwindow

* Write "name command" on the chatwindow
* Commands: start, stop, setup
ex) Tomato stop
* normal chat limited to 20 meter
* use "/shout" to extend to 100 meter
ex) /shout Tomato stop
