These Advertising Ad boards allows the renter to load a pic (texture), a notecard, a sound file (optional) and other items except scripts, once they have paid the rent, and sends reminders to the renter and a copy to you when the rental-due time approaches. It also allows the renter to update their information and manage their advertisement, so that you need not be involved.

When the rental time expires, the ad board deletes the renter's data, and the board returns to being available for renting.

- Owner can choose NOT to receive the expiring rental messages (but will receive the final expired message).

- Allows updatinging information, even though sign is rented, e.g. add/remove partners, change partner's cut, increase price, etc.
- The vendor is mod/copy/no transfer -- make as many as you need.

- Script updates, if ever necessary, are distributed to all purchasers of this sign.
