Hi Thank You for your interest in this Second Level Floor Building, This is a multi-purpose floor that can be used in any type of build, use it in tall, small buildings, Houses, Business etc, Your imagination is the limit to its use, It comes with one support base and column, as well as the floor, the whole mesh object is only one prim land impact so you can save prims,.
It is full perm, 100% Mesh, can be textured by faces, Low land impact 1 prim, it has a very good LOD (Level of detail) It won't distort on the distance, (Camera View) and very affordable.

*Note: Mesh Objects normally when resized or unlinked tend to be more land impact than regular prims or sculpts, so if you make it bigger the land impact will increase, if smaller decreases to a certain point, it is recommended that this rocks as being mesh be linked together instead of by themselves as it may add a bigger land impact!.

Also, never link a sculpt or any radial prim like torus, ring or cylinder twisted prims etc to mesh this will increase its land impact!
