Back to this. If you love Fallout by it's old owners, Obsidian Entertainment, and their Fallout: New Vegas, you'll hopefully love this then! It's part of the securitron bots, you see on their hands and on their chest.

Modding experience is highly recommended! Also I'm bad at explaining, but I will do my best to help you out!

1. Rez a copy of your body and go into edit mode.
2. Make sure everything except the chest and arms, is transparent!
3. Select Face on the chest area for the one texture, and arms for their texture, apply the textures via the Texture tab for each
4. Pick up the newly textured body and Add it
5. You should see your securitron additions! Enjoy!

Completely Optional! It does look better with shininess though.
To do this, stay on #3 and go into Shininess. You will apply the same chest and arms mod textures there too. My shiny settings for it is; Glossiness 51 and Environment 11. That's it!
