Security cam with age ban Version 3.5

This camera is a complete security solution for your terrain or your club. Everything is managed by menu, without configuration notecards. It has different modes of operation::

- You can close your land to a list of people (whitelist)
- You can close your land allowing access to only one group.
- You can keep your land open and maintain a list of permanent bans (blacklist)
- You can keep your land open and ban only avatars with age less than a certain number of days (age ban).

It can be configured to examine only one parcel or the entire region, as well as the distance and refresh rate.

The camera can be managed by all the people in the managers list.

Installing the camera

Rez the object in your terrain. First of all you must add people to the list of managers.

If the land is given to a group, the camera must also be given to the same group. In this case, there must be people assigned as managers to allow the camera to be used once the object has been transferred.

If the camera has already been transfered and there is no one in managers, enter the name of the manager in the description of the camera, edit it and reset the scripts. This will load the name entered in the list of managers.

In land not deeded to groups, the camera will work normally without the need for managers, responding to the owner of the object.

1 SETUP: Main configuration menu, with several options:

1..1 CAMERA: options related to the object:

1.1.1 MOVEMENT: Camera movement options, can be STATIC (camera does not rotate). FOLLOW (the camera points to a close avatar taken at random in each scan cycle) or ROTATION (the camera turns right and left).

1.1.2 OVERTEXT ON: Shows the name of a random avatar on the camera in each scanning cycle,

1.1.3 OVERTEXT OFF: Deactivates the text

1.1.4 LIST SIZE: The camera keeps a list of the last visits and bans (default 30) It is possible to increase this number, however increasing it a lot can give memory problems, it is recommended to keep it at values of 30 to 50.

1.2 SCAN: Options related to avatar scanning. The following options are available

1.2.1 SCAN PARCEL: Scan only the plot where the camera is located.

1.2.2 SCAN REGION: Scan the whole region

1.2.3 DISTANCE: Maximum scanning distance from the camera

1.2.4 SCAN RATE: Scan update frequency. Default is 30 seconds, minimum is 10 to avoid lag.

1.3 BAN: Options related to the security of the parcel

1.3.1 LAND OPEN: Only avatars in blacklist and minors of certain days (age ban) are ejected if this option is activated.

1.3.2 ONLY GROUP: Only avatars with the active group and avatars in whitelist are allowed.

1.3.3 ONLY LIST: Only avatars in the whitelist are allowed .

1.4 AGE DAYS: Enter the minimum number of days to allow the avatar in the parcel. By default value is 30. With a value of 0 the 'age ban' is deactivated.

1.5 WHITELIST: Manages the list of always admitted avatars

1.6 BLACKLIST: Manages the list of avatars always ejected.

1.5 [RESET] reset all camera scripts

1.6 MANAGERS: Click to manage the list of managers

1.7 [Time] Select the time zone for logs;

1.7.1 SL Time - Use default SL time zone

1.7..2 Local time - You will be asked for the difference between your local time and GMT time

2 [Switch OFF / ON] - For activate o deactivate the camera

3 HELP - send this notecard help

4 VISITORS: Shows the list of the last visitors with the date and time of the visit. The object keeps a fixed size of this list, configurable in options, by default will be the last 30 visits.

5. BAN INFO: Shows the list of the last banned with the date and time of the expulsion. The object keeps a fixed size of this list, configurable in options, by default will be the last 30 ejections.

6 CAM INFO Informs about the current configuration of the camera and gives information about the free memory.
