SEVEN ARCHANGELS ICON

This is a reproduction of an icon of the seven archangels. It is one of our “decorative” or “mute” icons — it is merely a reproduction of an image, as opposed to our “talking” icons, which display quotes from Scripture when touched.

Our icons are created for private use and display in churches and other places in SL. They should not be resold or adapted for resale. Their size and position can be modified. Copy and Transfer permissions depend upon the particular version of the icon purchased.

The source does not give the date or name of the iconographer, but is worth reading for its description of the inscriptions, which are descriptions of what each of the archangels is holding. We presume from the look of this icon that it is of an age that places it in the public domain.
