It’s ideal as an advertising tool for outside stores, clubs, bars and other venues.
The board is highly detailed with materials enabled for extra realism.and and a land impact of just one at standard size.
It’s constructed so that it has 2 separate easy texture faces on either side so you can add your own posters simply by dragging your posters from your inventory onto them. It’s also textured with a neutral greyscale wood texture so you can change the color tint to whatever color you want simply by changing the color of that face.
I’ve also included some Examples in the pack which including a Valet Parking sign, Queue Here sign and an Open 24hrs sign all tinted in different colors.
