Well, don't look further... Here another tight modern designed open Tiki hut to create your little tropical hide-out.
The hut is rich detailed and fully copy and modifiable so you can recolor or reshape it as you like and don't worry if you destroy one. :-) I tried to keep it as low as possible in land impact ( 56), so you have as much prims left to decorate your place.
I build this hut to fit normal sized avatars, like myself ( 1,76 meters) so it might be possible that if you have a big avatar, it might be small.. you can resize it easy but keep in mind that the land impact will increase.... i placed one of this on my own parcel and i needed to make it smaller... :-) my hut is 45 landimpact..
Note: Plants,furniture and the dock parts are not included. The docks i sell separate from the hut as i designed and build them after i build this hut.
