Fantastic Item
This item is great for square sims but wasnt exactly right for mine since it is custom shaped. But Brice was quick and eager to custom make one that would fit my sim perfectly. Thanks for a wonderful product and for all the trouble my little dragon may have caused.
This item has a sim-sized square in the middle, and the beach begins there on all sides, so there are no awkward curves you have to lower your land to for this to look right. The quarter sim version covers one entire side of the sim, not a quarter sim lot. It's exactly the same as the full version, but just one side. Quite handy!
