Surrounds can not be resized.
Aproximate surface is 1024m2 off sim.
Minimum Region Water Level should be 20m.
Main Sim terrain level can be under or above sim surround.
Plz adjust your sim terran level to fit your desired look.
Sim Surrounds can be used only on standalone private regions or homesteads (65536m2).
