Bump and Specular baked in the texture (cycles render). So it looks like on the picture with any light and any graphic setting.

I make Original Mesh only. It's not cookie cutter stuff, and it's voluntarily not "perfect", "symetrical", "tight" and "smooth". TRY DEMO!!
