The land impact is not stated on this listing because there is no way of knowing how many pieces of the set will be used, or how.
Each item is 1Li, with the exception of one of the large box walls that has its shelf as a separate piece. As shown in the images, that large box wall, (with one shelf and two hanger bars,) is 2Li. The adjustable version was included so you could have a wall of shelves, move the shelves/bars wherever you wanted them, or have no shelf/bars at all.
The lamp hanger bars, metal clothing bars on the box walls & floor clothing rack, and the lamp on the underside of the desk are all made of basic prims. The rest is original mesh, made by me. This was done to allow you to resize and/or adjust these pieces as you see fit.
The pieces are made to fit your needs, so resizing some items may be a good option for your space. Please keep in mind, altering the size/shape of the mesh portions may also alter their Li.
There are a total of 18 pieces in the set. They are as follows:
3 lamps with different widths of spotlights
3 box walls, (shelf top, shelf bottom, adjustable shelf)
3 individual wall shelves
3 frames which can be used as basic vendors
1 floor/wall shelving system with 3 shelves
1 floor shelving stand with 2 double sided shelves
1 clothing hanger
1 rectangular table
1 square table
1 desk
Each piece with a variation also has textures to fit that variation. For example, there are three frames. One is square and two are rectangular. The rectangular frames come textured for both vertical and horizontal placement.
There are a total of THREE metal options for these pieces included, (silver, gold, black.) These items do not use any scripts, but textures are included to retexture the metal portions. Several of the metal faces share the same texture in order to help the items rez faster and keep lag down. The textures are titled accordingly.
Wood textures are *not* included, but there is an add-on pack of AOs you can purchase separately that will allow you to texture the wood portions as you choose. There are also two other textured wood options of this set available. Please see "related items" below for those listings.
The shadows of these items also share textures to help keep lag down and for faster rezzing. Those textures are not included, and not available in the add-on pack. They were created darker than needed, and made more transparent via edit settings, so you do have some room to alter them on the items as you see fit.
Feel free to adjust the lighting on the lamps and change the transparency of different shadows for a more dramatic effect if desired. This requires a little knowledge of the texture and features tabs in the edit menu, but with a little testing, you should be able to get a variety of results.
