Very basic movelock script with teeny tiny one button hud, only uses 8kb of script memory.

May occasionally bug out during teleport, but does what it needs to for the most part.
Script is full perm, so is the object. Do what you want with it.

This is mostly here to help users as it is a easy way for me to distribute items and utilities to people.
