Details Features Contents Reviews (8)

SimplePhys is a Non Physical Vehicle (NPV) and Heads up Display (HUD) system.

Efficient - 1 Script for the HUD, 1 script for the Vehicle. Low script times with no irrelevant timers, sensors, listeners, or other crap to lag the sim.

KeyFrame Movement - Experience the next generation of NPV movement with buttery smooth turns.

RLV Support - With an RLV enabled viewer your avatar can automatically sit on the NPV, eliminating the risk of having your animation permissions stolen.

Smart Rezzing - The HUD will attempt to rez an NPV in any build areas surrounding you (up to 10 m away).

Great Animations - automatically switches between the standard viewer animations. Works great with the AO built into Firestorm.

Ground and Object Walking - Tired of floating in the sky? Seamlessly transition between flying and standing on the ground and objects.

Friend NPV - Need to protect a loved one also?

Setting Sync - Settings are synced to our web service and loaded automatically.

Easy to Use

I have had this HUD for I guess a couple of years now and it is nice, especially in how it is easy to set up and use, like having it come on automatically when you teleport to a new region in case of spawn campers who will attack you before you can even rez.

I used to use an NPV that I had to pull out of my inventory and rez to use. I frequent sandboxes a lot, so It's wonderful that I can just hit a button now and be protected from the all-too-common griefing attack. I've only had it for a little bit, but I asked a friend to attempt to grief me, and this thing works.

I also like how it has built-in walk animations, my other NPV just had me float around. The movement in it is a bit jerky sometimes, but that's to be expected in a game as laggy as SL.

And all this for L$100. That's actually really good. I hear there's some free demo or something, too, but I just found this one first and got it.

One thing, though. Heads up, the parts inside are no-mod/no trans, so don't bother getting this if you want to change how it operates. For me, it works just fine the way it is, though, which is a rarity.
